Any commission we receive is paid by the vendor, and the rates we can offer are at least as good—if not better—than what you would find on your own. By booking through us, you also gain access to our industry connections and partnerships, which allow us to provide special treatment, complimentary VIP benefits, exclusive upgrades, and unique experiences you wouldn’t have access to when booking independently.

In some cases, a planning fee or air ticketing fee may apply. Fees vary depending on the level of customization, trip length, and the amount of work required for your itinerary. If applicable, your advisor will always share this information upfront. Even with these fees, the added convenience, expertise, and exclusive benefits make working with us an exceptional value.

Your Nova Advisor will assist with any changes or cancellations, including rebooking flights or accommodations and navigating refund policies. They can provide support and alternative options in case of emergencies.

Most of our proposals come from suppliers who provide bundled rates without breaking down individual components. This practice protects our valued partners who may have confidential, contracted rates from local vendors, and creates a seamless and holistic approach to your travel plans.

We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment. It can provide coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and more.
